NJ State ammo Regulation

According to Assembly Bill 1302 All Handgun ammunition sales must now be registered through the NJ FARS at a state charged fee of $1.50 per transaction.

This took effect on 2/16/2023
We do not know how this will effect anyone without an NJ FID (SBI) Number
